Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on viralaistudio.myshopify.com.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–4 business days
- International shipping: 10–21 business days
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gregorygerard1@outlook.fr within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
